Shipping policy

DOMESTIC
Plush by SH currently provides domestic shipping within Malaysia. Please allow us around 2-5 business days to process your order. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been passed on to our local courier partner.

INTERNATIONAL 
We are however looking to widen our horizons and will notify you once international shipping has been made available. 

 

Plush by SH will not be held responsible for any unexpected delays once your order has been passed to the local courier service for delivery, for any missing or lost parcels, damaged parcels caused by courier service and for incorrect address/contact information given by customer.
