Returns & Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygiene purposes.
We try our best to ensure the right order in the best of its condition gets out to you. However, mistakes do happen. If the product received is incorrect or defective, you can reach out to us to arrange for an exchange by dropping us an email at info@plushbysh.com, together with an image of the product/defect and your order number. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags (if any) and in its original packaging (if any).
Do allow us some time to inspect the item once we've received it. If you are eligible for an exchange, Plush by SH will cover the shipping fees. We'll be in touch with you on how we can resolve this.
